Enterprise Systems Thinking. SMB Economics
Large companies solve operational complexity by building dedicated teams for CRM administration, systems integration, automation, data engineering, and revenue operations. Most growing businesses cannot — and should not — build all of those functions internally.
Closing the Systems Gap for Established Companies.
Conjai gives established companies access to the same systems discipline in a model built for how they actually operate: lean, fast, and without enterprise overhead.
We work across marketing, sales, customer lifecycle, operations, automation, integrations, and applied AI — not as disconnected projects, but as parts of one operating system.
We use AI where intelligence improves the workflow and deterministic automation where reliability matters more. The business result determines the technology — not the other way around.
Who Builds It
Joshua Pyne, MBA
Founder & Principal
Joshua Pyne founded Conjai to close a gap he spent twenty years watching form. Growing companies buy more software and more people. The work between marketing, sales, and operations still depends on memory, inboxes, and spreadsheets.
He is unusual in this work because he has sat on both sides of the table. As an executive he sold, structured, and scaled digital, data, and media programs for Fortune 500 brands — $25 million in contracted retention with firms including Accenture, Deloitte, Tata, Cognizant and PwC. He has managed $5.5 million a month in media strategy and led a national retail-media go-to-market that took a startup from $400 thousand to $4 million in annual sales, leading to its acquisition. As an operator he now designs and writes the systems himself: production commerce platforms, multi-agent architectures, and the operating protocols that make automation trustworthy enough to run unattended.
The through-line is adoption. An MBA in Organizational Leadership and two decades of change work taught him that a system only matters if people actually use it. Conjai is built around that fact — diagnose the leaks, install a connected operating layer, then keep the engine honest as the business changes.

The Math Behind the Complexity Ceiling
Every tool you add can hand off to every tool already there. Count yours.
The Evidence
The Math Behind the Complexity Ceiling
Growth adds handoffs faster than it adds people to carry them. Every handoff is work a person repeats.
In field audits of operational spreadsheets, errors turned up in 94% of the 85 examined. An independent audit of 50 found errors in 47.

01 Outcome
Start with the result, not the tool.
We ask: What must this workflow make happen, and how will we know?
We build: A written outcome and the numbers that show it moving.
02 Flow
Map the work as it really moves.
We ask: What starts it, where does it change hands, and what counts as done?
We build: A handoff map built from the people who do the work, not the org chart.
03 Data
Every important record has one home.
We ask: Which system is right when two disagree?
We build: One system of record per customer, order, or job, and the copies removed.
04 Ownership
Every handoff has an owner and a finish line.
We ask: Who owns the record and the next action at each stage?
We build: Owners, time limits, and an exception queue instead of memory.
05 Automation
Automate coordination before judgment.
We ask: Which steps are rules, which need judgment, and which need a person?
We build: Rules where reliability matters, AI where interpretation earns its keep, people where the call is theirs.
06 Feedback
The system tells you when it stops fitting.
We ask: How will we see exceptions, drift, and workarounds?
We build: Monitoring and a monthly review that catch drift before a workaround becomes the process.
