Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Conjai LLC (“Conjai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit conjai.com, contact us, or request an Operational Fit Review.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide through our website, by email, or during conversations with us. This may include:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your company name and website
  • Your company’s approximate annual revenue and team size
  • Information about your technology stack, workflows, operational challenges, and business needs
  • Any other information you choose to include in a message or form submission

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive personal information through our website forms.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, including:

  • Internet Protocol address
  • Browser, device, and operating-system information
  • Referring website
  • Pages viewed and interactions with the website
  • Approximate geographic location derived from an IP address
  • Dates and times of visits
  • Cookie or similar identifier information

How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and Operational Fit Review requests
  • Prepare for and conduct conversations about your business systems
  • Evaluate whether Conjai’s services may be a good fit
  • Provide, manage, and improve our services
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website
  • Understand website traffic and usage patterns
  • Measure the performance of our advertising, if you allow advertising cookies
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

Submitting an Operational Fit Review request does not add you to a marketing email list. Our forms include an optional box, unticked by default, to receive systems engineering content and marketing communications from Conjai. If you tick it, we record that choice with your contact details and may email you. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to [email protected] at any time. Leaving the box unticked does not affect your request.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Conjai uses cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, security, analytics and advertising measurement. Cookies needed to run and protect the website are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you choose Allow in the cookie banner. Your intake form and booking work whichever you choose.

Your cookie choice

  • Allow turns on analytics and advertising cookies.
  • Reject keeps them off. Google may still receive limited cookieless signals, without cookie identifiers, which it uses for aggregate modelling.
  • You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Preferences button at the bottom of every page. We remember your choice for up to 180 days, then ask again.
  • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies, even if you choose Allow.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Site Kit to understand how visitors use the website, including which pages lead people to request an Operational Fit Review. Google may receive information such as device and browser details, website activity, cookie identifiers, and IP-address-related information. Measurement requests are sent through a first-party path on conjai.com (/metrics/), operated through our content delivery provider, Cloudflare, and then passed to Google. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on where available.

Advertising

If you choose Allow, Google may use cookies and identifiers to measure whether our ads led to a visit, a form submission or a booking, and to show our ads to people who have visited the website before (remarketing). Learn how Google uses this information in How Google uses information from sites that use its services, and manage ad personalization at My Ad Center.

CRM and scheduling

We use HubSpot to manage inquiries and our customer relationships. Form submissions are sent to HubSpot. HubSpot’s website tracking cookies load only after you choose Allow. We use Cal.com to schedule Operational Fit Reviews; when you book a time, Cal.com processes your booking details under its own policies. Learn more in HubSpot’s Privacy Policy and Cal.com’s Privacy Policy.

Website services

We may also use Jetpack services provided by Automattic to measure website traffic, protect the website, and support WordPress functionality. These services may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, referring pages, requested pages, and visit timing. Learn more in Automattic’s Privacy Notice.

You can also limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect certain website features.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

  • Website hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, advertising-measurement, CRM, scheduling, form-processing, and email service providers
  • Professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, or consultants when reasonably necessary
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security
  • A buyer, successor, or other participant in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets

Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide to us, subject to their agreements and applicable law.

Conjai does not sell personal information for money. We do not use assessment submissions for third-party targeted advertising or disclose them to data brokers. Advertising cookies set after you choose Allow may count as “sharing” personal information or “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time by choosing Reject in Cookie Preferences or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal or accounting obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and our relationship with you. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your information
  • Obtain a portable copy of certain information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request
  • Opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or profiling activities

Conjai does not discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.

To make a request, email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to appropriate verification.
