          "answer": "Neither. Conjai does not sell software and does not run ads. Most growing businesses do not have a tools problem; they have an integration and process problem. Conjai engineers the connections, automation, data quality, and applied AI around the stack the company already owns."

          "question": "How Does an Engagement With Conjai Work?",

Build typically takes four to ten weeks and connects tools, automates predictable work, and redesigns handoffs. Improve is monthly and cancelable, and keeps the systems managed without an internal RevOps or IT department."

          "question": "Does Conjai Use AI?",

        },
        {
          "question": "Do I Have to Buy Build After Diagnose?",

        },
        {
          "question": "How Do We Know the Build Worked?",
          "answer": "The Build plan sets its objectives and benchmarks before any work starts, measured against how the workflow runs today: response time, hours of manual reconciliation, records that disagree, or whatever Diagnose showed was costing you. We measure the same things after the system is live."

After Build you own the implementation plan, its objectives and benchmarks, the tool recommendations, and the system and processes we configure. During Improve you own the rollout playbooks, schedules, reports and forms we produce. The forward-looking improvement roadmap is part of the Improve service and runs for as long as that engagement does."

The better test is the work. If it crosses systems and people, repeats every week, and depends on re-typing, memory or the owner stepping in, the fit is real. We do not work with pre-revenue ideas or businesses without steady demand."
